SMALL GROUP CLASSES
At Hill Country MVMT, we take pride in our class experience. We limit our small group classes to 10 members to ensure that everybody receives the coaching they deserve while building community with a “struggle, don’t suffer” mentality. Our experienced coaches—all degreed and certified trainers— will help navigate each workout to effectively match the stimulus while advocating growth within discomfort to deliver the results you want in a fun, yet challenging small group environment that meets you where you are on any given day.

Our flagship strength and conditioning class offers a dedicated strength segment followed by a conditioning piece in a 60-minute format. The workout provides both a “performance” and “fitness” track, allowing members to navigate the programming to meet their abilities and goals.
The FITNESS track is a moderated program option. Think simple, yet effective.
The PERFORMANCE track is a higher-skill, higher power version!
[BUILD]
Our functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program with the simple goal of looking and feeling amazing across a four-day progressive training experience.
BUILD meets exclusively every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at 5:30AM.
[EMPOWER] (Women’s Only)
This 60-minute class carves out space for women in the “weight room” by bringing together like-minded ladies with the common goal of increasing lean muscle, strength, power, resilience and confidence in the gym while forging community with programming created with a woman’s needs in mind, lead by a female coach.
