Eszter Toth
Coach + Personal Trainer
Eszter brings a strong background in Division I strength & conditioning, with over four years of experience working with collegiate athletes in high-performance environments. Her coaching experience spans NCAA sports performance, where she’s helped athletes develop strength, resilience, and confidence both on and off the field.
In addition to her collegiate work, Eszter is also an Elite Club National League (ECNL) Soccer Coach with Lonestar ATX, continuing to support youth athletes in one of the most competitive club systems in the country.
While her experience includes working with high-level athletes, Eszter has a passion for coaching across all populations. She enjoys working with adults, athletes, and youth alike, meeting people where they are and helping them build strength, improve movement, and feel more capable in their everyday lives.
Her coaching style blends technical knowledge, intentional programming, and genuine care — creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and confident in their progress.
