(60 Minutes) MVMT60* is high intensity training at it’s finest. This class offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the widest degree of complexity, loading and variance. All movements, loads and time domains are fair game. Each class will be different and is perfect for the person who is looking to became a well-balanced athlete. *MVMT Prep Course Required

I want to be ready for anything and well-rounded. I want to be strong, powerful and conditioned.
(45 Minutes) MVMT45 is meant to help members build a solid base of strength. Squat, press, pull and clean through daily progressions. Members will also gain exposure to gymnastics skills, common bodyweight (e.g. push-ups) and monostructural movements (e.g. running, rowing, etc.).
If you are newer to this style of training, MVMT45 provides a fantastic introduction to complexity, loading and variance. If you’re more advanced, but short on time, this class helps develop mechanics, consistency and intensity in foundational strength and moderately complex movements.
I am building-focused and want to develop a strong base. I want to lift daily, practice my lifts and get a great sweat at the same time.
(30 Minutes) Our spin on high-energy conditioning training. Workouts incorporate simple yet potent movements to combine bodyweight, rowing-biking-running, and simple strength training exercises.
I am conditioning-focused. I want daily cardio, aerobic capacity and fast-paced, yet effective training.
MVMT Prep Course
MVMT Prep Course is a two-session fundamentals course scheduled at your convenience via a small group option or privately with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions to set you up for success!
*Required for MVMT60 participation if member has not previously had (3) months experience at a “high-intensity, functional fitness gym”; $49 will be credited to first month’s dues with any signed (6) or (12) month membership agreement.
