Ruby Bledsoe

Coach + Personal Trainer

A native Texan, Ruby returned to the Dripping Springs area after earning her degree in Community Health from the University of Kansas. Her academic career gave her experience in health education, program development, and exercise psychology – all of which continue shape her perspective on health and wellness.

Ruby’s interest in exercise began as a high school athlete, where she learned to love strength and conditioning through basketball and volleyball. At the age of 17 she had her mind set on being a personal trainer. At KU, she began as a weight room specialist at the university rec center before
completing her personal training certification.

Ruby is passionate about helping others overcome barriers to exercise and incorporate movement into their everyday lives. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, helping them gain confidence in the gym, and seeing them progress toward their fitness goals.

She believes in committing to sustainable change and wants to help other experience the benefits of exercise. Ruby is excited to be back in her hometown and be a part of the community at HCMVMT!
